Fish roll Recipes
Fish sauce
Wash and boil your fish with little water, remove the bone, grate pepper and onion and cook for a while with the fish, add little salt in it and leave to completely cool off.
For the pastry
Flour 1cup
Baking powder 1/4TSP
Nutmeg 1/4 TSP
Milk flavour 1/8TSP
Sugar 1/2TBSP
Butter 1/2TBSP
Water 1/2 cup
Procedures
Step1: pour your flour in a bowl
Step 2: Add your baking powder, milk flavour, nutmeg, and sugar then mix together.
Step3: add your butter into the flour mixture and coarse
Step5: gradually pour your water in it and check your consistency
Step6: knead for a while, add little flour to it if itsy sticking to your hand.
Step7: cut out depending on your profit/desired quantity
Step8: take one after the other and roll out
Step9: put your fish sauce in it starting from the upper part and roll tightly
Step10: seal the edges with water to avoid your sauce from removing
Step11: place on a tray dusted with little flour as you finish up.
Step 12: fry in a deep hot oil
Step 13: Enjoy it with a cold malt.
