ANFANIN TAFIYA GA JIKIN ƊAN ADAM

Yin tafiya a matsayin wata hanyar motsa jiki ya na da faidodi dayawa musamman a wannan lokacin da litan man fetur ke kokarin gagaran talaka Najeriya.

A zamanin da idan kakannin mu suka cika ciki da abinci suna noma domin koma wannan abincin ko kuma su yi tafiya mai nisa zuwa gina ko gida ko sada zumunta. Wannan shi yasa suka samu lafiya sosai kuma basu da hawan jini ko ciwon suga.

Mu a wannan zamanin akwai karancin yin tafiya daga nan zuwa can sannan Bama noma kuma bama motsa jiki. Wannan yasa muke fama da rashin lafiyoyi kala-kala.

Yin tafiya a ƙalla minti talatin a kullum yanada amfani sosai.

Tafiya na hana kamuwa da hawan jini. Hakazalika ya na hana samun heart attack ma'ana bugun zuciya saboda tafiya na kona mai da sinadaran da ke iya kawo bugun zuciya.
