HOW DO I MAKE MY YOGHURT?
Since we have learnt earlier that milk is used to make yoghurt, now what type of milk are we talking about? Well, Animal based or plant-based milk is perfect. You can use either powdered or liquid milk... Any would be perfect. However, for the purpose of this class, we will be using animal-based milk e.g your Dano milk, Peak milk, 3 crown milk are all perfect options.
If you want a full-fat Greek yoghurt, you use whole milk and if you want a fat-free yoghurt, use skimmed milk.
