Wannan kuwa saboda hatsarin fitina ga kowanne daga cikin su. "Hadisi ya inganta daga Manzon ALLAH (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) bai ta6a, ta6a hannun wata mace (wadda ba ta halatta gareshi ba). Idan zai yi musu mubaya'a magana kawai yake yi musu."

Kuma duk d'aya ne babu bambanci wai tayi hannu dashi alhali hannun nata yana lullu6e da wani abu, ko baya lullu6e da komai duk d'aya ne saboda dalilai masu dama na shari'ah, kuma saboda toshe hanyar 6arna mai kaiwa ga fitina." [Majmu'ul fatawa 1/185]

→ Sheikh Muhammad Al-Ameen Al-Shanqid'i (Rahimahullah) Yace: " Ka sani cewa bai halatta ba ga namiji ajnabi yayi hannu da mace ajnabiya gare shi, kuma bai halatta gare shi ba ya shafi jikinta da wani 6angare na jikinsa. Dalili akan wannan kuwa sune:

◉ AL'AMARI NA FARKO: Hadisi ya tabbata daga Annabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) cewa Yace: "Ni bana yin hannu da mata" har zuwa qarshen hadisin. Kuma ALLAH Ta'ala Yace: "Haqiqa abun koyi kyakykyawa ya kasance agare ku daga wajen Manzon ALLAH".Don haka dole ne a kanmu kada muyi hannu da mata domin koyi da Annabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), Hadisin da muka kawo munyi magana akansa a bayyane acikin suratul Hajji, wajen magana kan hana sa kaya jajaye ga maza, acikin halin ihrami da wajensa, da kuma acikin suratul Ahzab wajen ayoyin hijabi. Kuma kasancewarsa (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) baya yin hannu da mata lokacin mubaya'a dalili ne mabayyani akan cewa namiji baya hannu da mace, kuma wani abu na jikinsa bazai shafi wani abu na jikinta ba, domin yin hannu shine mafi qarancin shafa. To idan Annabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ya hanu daga yin haka alokacin da aka samu dalilin yin haka, wato lokacin yin mubaya'a wannan ya nuna cewa yin haka bai halatta ba.

Kuma babu wanda yake da damar sa6awa Annabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) domin shine mai kafa shari'ah ga al'ummarsa da maganganunsa da ayyukansa, da kuma abubuwan da akayi a gabansa ya tabbatar dasu.

◉ AL'AMARI NA BIYU: Shine abunda ya gabata cewa Mace dukkanta Al'aura ce, Wajibi ne akanta ta killace kanta, kuma ba wani abu ne yasa akayi umurni da kame idanu ba sai don jin tsoron afkawa cikin fitina. Kuma babu shakka shafar jiki da jiki shine mafi qarfi wajen motsa sha'awa, da kaiwa ga fitina fiye da kallon ido; kuma dukkan mai adalcin ra'ayi yasan gaskiyar wannan magana.

◉ AL'AMARI NA UKU: Shine cewa wannan tafarki ne na jindad'i da mace ajnabiya, saboda qarancin tsoron ALLAH a wannan zamanin, da tozartar da amana da rashin kame kai daga zargi.

Munji labaru da suke cewa sau da yawa ana samun namiji daga gama garin mutane yana sumbantar 'yar-uwar matarsa, baki akan baki; suna qiran wannan Sumba wacce take haramun bisa ijma'in malamai, suna qiranta gaisuwa, sai kaji sunce: ka gaisa da ita, wai suna nufin ka sumbace ta (Wa'iyazubillahi)
